What is the mission of Juntos Wyoming?
Our mission is to educate, organize, and advocate for people of all backgrounds to eradicate discrimination and inequality in all its forms. We envision a Wyoming where every individual, regardless of identity or origin, enjoys equality, respect, and dignity.
No. Juntos is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advocacy organization. While we provide legal clinics and “Know Your Rights” materials, we do not provide direct legal representation. We offer referrals to trusted immigration attorneys.

Yes. Juntos is a legally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. We have been a formalized entity since 2017, allowing us to maintain institutional sustainability and transparency in our advocacy work.

As a nonprofit, we rely on the support of the community to fund our programs. You can donate directly through our website’s secure portal or by mail to our Cheyenne P.O. Box. Contributions help fund our advocacy initiatives, community events, and technical services.
Our services have evolved significantly since 2016. In addition to legislative advocacy, we host Legislative Lowdown events to inform the public on state policy , coordinate the Wyoming Rapid Response Network, and recently launched Mental Health Evaluations (2024) to provide culturally competent wellness support.

No. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Juntos is a non-partisan organization. While we advocate for policies that promote equity and justice, we do not endorse or oppose specific candidates for elective office.

Confidentiality is a core organizational standard. We protect the privacy of all our clients and members in accordance with state and federal laws. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without written consent, unless required by a valid judicial warrant signed by a judge.

Yes. We believe in intersectional coalition-building. We frequently collaborate with partners such as the ACLU of Wyoming, Casper Pride, and various faith leaders to amplify our collective impact across the state.
